Livia Werner is a modern-day spiritual guide and mentor.

That's your decision. You can simply show up for the modules. You decide if you watch all of them or only those calling you. You decide if you do the homework and contemplations. How you integrate it into your real life is up to you. Either way, you learn a lot about yourself , which is personal development in itself.
I don't do therapy. I'm a Life Coach, Mentor, and Energetic Healer based on my own life experience. I don't have formal certifications – my credentials are the testimonials and transformations of my clients. If you need therapy or medical support, I'm not the right place. My offers are for you if you can and want to lead and hold yourself, and want to grow, heal, and build your life with me by your side.
It depends on the number of live participants. If we're many, I might set up a community space. For now, we keep it with the Zoom sessions. However, if you want personal support between sessions, there's a 1:1 option Claim Your Power (message me if you are interested in this). It is a 2-month container that includes RSL, EYE, 5 personal sessions with me, and ongoing Telegram support.
One last thing.
This work is not about fixing yourself.
It's about seeing, deepen and expand what was always there.
You don't need to be ready, you are since you are born. You just need to be willing.
